On your device only. We don't have servers that store your financial data. If you delete the app, your data is gone and we can't recover it. Cloud backup via iCloud/Google Drive is planned for a future update.

Never. Your transactions, amounts, and notes stay on your phone and are never sent to us. We collect only anonymous, non-identifying usage analytics to improve the app — never your financial data. See the privacy policy for the full picture.
Unfortunately, since all data is stored locally on your device, we cannot recover it after the app is deleted. We recommend waiting for the cloud backup feature in a future update before reinstalling.
